Roasting to a full city colour ie “2nd crack”, it delivers a nutty and sweet decaf which has had 99.9% of its caffeine removed using the Swiss Water decaffeination method.
As interest in specialty coffee from the Huila region of Colombia grows, the regions farmers and producers (around 300,000) continue to work hard to produce true high quality Colombian coffee beans. Coffee from this region is known for its rich flavour and balanced body. The Swiss Water method is the only method we believe retains the flavours of this Colombian bean.
